Everyone likes to feel recognized. At 9kbet, this isn't just talk — the VIP Program was built to give real value back to everyone on the platform. It's not one of those complicated points systems where you never quite know what you're earning. It's straightforward: you bet, you earn points, you level up, and the benefits come to you automatically.
The heart of the program is the weekly cashback. Regardless of your betting results throughout the week, a percentage of your activity comes back to you every Monday as available balance. At Bronze, that's 3%. At Diamond, it reaches 25%. The difference may seem small at first, but for anyone who bets regularly on the Brasileirão, slots, or Live Casino, that return adds up to hundreds or even thousands of BRL over the course of a year.
The points system is straightforward. Every BRL 10.00 wagered on sports earns 1 VIP point. At the casino, the rate is 2 points per BRL 10.00, and in live crash games like Aviator, it's 3 points per BRL 10.00. Points never expire — so even players who take it slow will keep climbing the levels at their own pace, no pressure.
One of the standout features of the 9kbet is the personalized treatment you get from the Platinum tier onwards. You'll have a dedicated account manager — a real person who speaks your language, available to adjust limits, explain promotions, resolve payment issues, and understand your preferences. For high-volume players, that individual attention makes all the difference.
Elite and Diamond members operate on a whole different level. Boosted odds on selected Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and UFC bouts. No withdrawal queues — Pix lands in under 3 minutes even during peak times like Libertadores finals or UFC fight nights. And for Diamond members, personal WhatsApp support is available 24 hours: no chat queue, no bot — a real 9kbet team member attending to you directly.
The program also includes benefits that go beyond the screen. Elite members receive seasonal physical gifts — team jerseys, sports accessories, and surprises delivered right to your door. From Platinum level up, there are invitations to live events: matches, shows, and experiences that 9kbet organizes throughout the year to celebrate the most engaged members of the community.
Joining the VIP requires no special action — you just need to be a registered 9kbet member. Every new user starts at Bronze level automatically upon sign-up. Level upgrades happen automatically as points accumulate. And once you move up, the new level's benefits kick in immediately: no waiting, no manual activation.
Imagine you wagered R$ 1,000.00 in one week. As a member Gold (8%), you receive R$ 80.00 cashback automatically every Monday. At the Diamond (25%), that return would be R$ 250.00 — straight to your wallet, no strings attached.
VIP points are used solely to measure your tier. Cashback, bonuses, and rewards are credited automatically — you don't need to exchange points for anything. Everything happens without any action on your part.
Weekly cashback is available every Monday until 12:00 PM (Brasília time) and can be withdrawn via Pix the same day, with no additional rollover for Platinum members and above.
"I've been at the Platinum level for 3 months and having a dedicated account manager makes a real difference. Once I had an issue with a withdrawal and he sorted it out in under 10 minutes. That's what true VIP treatment looks like."
"The weekly cashback hits right on time every Monday. I got back over R$ 800.00 last month alone. It's unlike anything I've seen on other platforms that promise a lot and deliver little."
"I reached Diamond after about 8 months of playing. Pix withdrawals now land in under 2 minutes, any time of day. I even got a 9kbet kit delivered to my door. Worth every bet."
